In The Studio: “Balclutha”

Here is today’s oil painting a 16 x 2o study linen on panel.  It is not quite dark enough but if I don’t tell you then it will be my secret.  Yes those are cows and rocks, you can decide which is which.  Keep painting.  Watercolor, Acrylics, or Oils no matter just paint.  Thank you for indulging me on this newest artistic challenge.  DSC_0003

Hi Steeve. Once again I am delighted with what you call evolution in oil, and I call art in painting. I like to see what you’re doing. I don’t look at it a second and close. I watch it for hours, over and over again, looking forward to your next post with eagerness. Now, I am painting watercolor, a still life. I try to not be as slave of the photo and look for learn to suggest and disfiguring. I’m afraid that I’ve been in the genetics thing to go to find the detail and not to forget it in my work.ReplyCancel
