Workshops: Rockport, Maine Day 12 “Headed Out”

Workshops

The workshop is over and what a great painting time it was all of the students did a great job, the group was small but determined to work hard and get better at painting in the wonderful outdoors.  Neither rain, mist or fog could keep us from the “plein-aire” experience.  Thank you to all who came to this years workshop, it was my pleasure to be your instructor and to be your friend.  Here is my last demonstration and it seems to me today to be very appropriate a leaving boat, but it will return again.DSC_0009“Heading Out”  Watercolor on paper.

  1. Estimated Steeve. I have been following every day all of your saily lessons of your workshop in the open air, in my computer. Ihave admired your art in interpreting what you see, and in depicting it in the watercolor paper, and better still, in communicating us your feelings. I have followed your explanations, so pertinent and so necessary for an amateur like me. I have had to translate them, word by word. I have worked a lot, but it worthwhile result. It is of law that I give you thanks of all my heart. A greeting Mercedes
