Workshops: Rockport, Maine Day 11 “Clam Cove”

Today the rain and fog were hanging around so I had the group back under cover at my now favorite cove.  There was this little patch of blue above the grey misty fog and I really wanted to capture that.  I wanted to get the muck, rocks and low tide in the foreground. I think I was pretty successful and got the distance pretty accurate with the lost horizon.  Keep you values correct and the painting will take care of itself.DSC_0009
